So smitten by Amanda Seyfried, especially in the new trailer ‘In Time’

Amanda Seyfried, such an enchanting little darling. She didn’t really caught my attention in Mamma Mia! 2008 as Sophie but yeah she sure could sing!

I guess the first time I’m actually smitten by her is in Dear John 2010 as Savannah Curtis. Most probably also how the story is in the movie and how kind and vulnerable she was. If you’ve not watch Dear John 2010, do watch it.

Recently, the new trailer of In Time 2011 is out. I can’t wait to catch this film that has got her and Justin Timberlake in it. Movie is set in the future where time replaces money as currency and everyone stops aging at 25 but you have to pay to live another year. Trailer looks promising, check it out for yourself below!

Our Prime Minister, Najib is having a tour in London as we speak and guess what. There was a ‘flashmob’ at the Intercontinental Hotel, Hyde Park where Najib was hosting a dinner and reports on the peaceful protest at Downing Street and the Lord Mayor’s Office in support of the EO6.

Don’t watch it! Dylan Dog: Dead Of Night

Dylan Dog is an Italian comic series started back in 1986. This year, the Americans decided to come out with a movie based on the comic series.

Even though I said don’t watch it. I find it quite entertaining actually. It did made me jump a little at the very beginning but it slowly died off as the comedy starts to roll in. Sad to say though, it’s not exactly funny either.

So at this point, you have a movie which is not very scary or funny. The plus points of this movie is the action bit and CGI. Watching it in local Malaysian cinemas might have quite a big portion censored out due to blood and suggestive sex scenes. Dylan Dog (Brandon Routh, you’ll remember him from Superman Returns), a mortal who is specialize in supernatural is portrait as a scary cat in the comics but not so much in the movie. He’s still much like a Superman, reason why I say this is because he was thrown and flung around by demons, vampires, werewolves and is literally unscratched.

Overall quite a good movie but not good enough for me to shout ‘Watch it!’

The latest single from Katy Perry is Last Friday Night (TGIF)

To the less exposed, here’s how the song came about.

So, first you have a music video from Rebecca Black which pulled in the most dislikes on YouTube. I feel disgusted even mentioning it. You call that a song?

Then you have super sexy Katy Perry who released Last Friday Night (TGIF) with Rebecca Black starring in it. Not only her, Glee cast, Debbie Gibson, Kenny G and Hanson too!  It entirely baffles me how this generation’s stardom effect works. You can be horrible, disgusting, scandalous (especially scandalous) and still make a big name. But I guess it’s always a good thing if it’s making a living for you. After all, with much complains from me, Rebecca Black is a lot richer than I am now considering the staggering sales of her song she got on iTunes. Guess, Katy Perry on the other hand also is helping her to look cool so that she won’t be laughed at further in her life after a mistake in uploading her music video on YouTube which her mum paid for.

Don’t watch it! Super 8

Before you roar, hear me out first.

If you’re an adolescent or an adolescent at heart, you’ll love it, go watch it, period.

Like any other JJ Abrams story, he’s always into the extraordinary. Super 8 is like watching Lost TV series, you’re subjected to being lost for more than half of the show before you get a glimpse of the alien and slightly figure out what’s going on.

But I won’t rule it out as a bad movie. Story wise, it will always appeal to the younger generation where you think your life sucks and you wish to be special. The movie brings you to meet a boy with a broken background who meets someone beautiful and falls in love and kinda save the day.

Execution wise, it’s great. Hollywood’s CGI these days are superb. With Steven Spielberg producing it, it ensures suspense and fun!

Unbelievable wedding proposal involves a prank and thousands of people

There you go, just weeks ago I’ve posted Greatest marriage proposal ever? Really? Here we have another video showing an even greater wedding proposal done by a TV show Mobbed. It’s showing on Fox currently.

About the proposal. It’s absolutely outrageous. How can this guy ever top or be on par with what he has done on his wedding proposal night?

I’m not gonna write any spoilers for the video. It’s best you see it for yourself. But I do have one comment, the girl who splashed the water looks a lot like Katy Perry!

Again, I’m waiting for another wedding proposal that will trump this!
