Audrey’s friend who is Malaysian came back from Singapore to visit. She stayed in Bukit Bintang area and they decided to meet up in PJ one evening. She knew the etiquette of Bukit Bintang taxis and insist on finding a taxi that uses meter.
The first taxi she approached offered RM25 to send her to PJ. She kindly turn it down and approached another taxi. The next taxi said RM40. She walked away again and lucky for her, the third taxi agreed to use meter.
Upon arriving destination, she was shocked that the meter showed RM50. She didn’t know that she was in a premium taxi. Should’ve paid RM25 yeah?
